Hi, I’m Rachel, Owner of New Look Hair Studio & Spa here in Mildmay. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and we are so fortunate to have Freezer Fitness in our community!

In 2022 I started to doing spin classes at home in preparation for a fitness photoshoot. I love the intensity and fun that each class brings! Fast forward to 2024, I got my certificate in Spin and currently teaching at the Freezer. Spin is open to all ages/fitness levels and I enjoy seeing each and every one of you who partake in our classes push to their full potential.
